onion, chopped
cilantro, chopped
Marinade skirt steak in chimichuri marinade all day.
Grill the steak until desired doneness and then slice for tacos.
Serve steak on corn tortillas with onions and cilantro. I like sauce on my tacos and usually use the leftover sauce from street corn because those two dishes go hand in hand!
