1 shot vanilla vodka
1 shot kahlua
2 shots heavy cream
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
for decoration:
crushed graham crackers
pumpkin spice sauce or caramel sauce
cinnamon stick
On a plate put a small amount of pumpkin spice sauce or caramel sauce in a ring about the size of the mouth of your glass. Next to sauce ring, make a ring of crushed graham crackers, sprinkle pumpkin pie spice over graham crackers.
Dip the rim of your glass in the sauce and then in the graham crackers. Fill glass with ice.
In a shaker combine vodka, kahlua and pumpkin pie spice. Shake well. Pour over ice. Top with heavy cream. Sprinkle a little more pumpkin pie spice and add a cinnamon stick if desired.
