2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together cocoa, sugar and vegetable oil. Mix in 1 egg at a time. Add in the rest of the ingredients except powdered sugar until well combined.
Wrap dough in saran wrap and chill for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350* Put a generous amount of powdered sugar on a mat. Use a scoop or spoon to shape 1" balls, dip your fingers in the sugar to help keep dough from sticking, pat the tops of cookies down in the sugar and lay on cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-10 minutes.
