3 INGREDIENT ICE CREAM!

I've seen this recipe on several blogs and pinterest lately and was really excited to try it!  I can't believe how delicious it came out and how easy it was!!!  When eating it plain it tasted just like frozen sweetened condensed milk, but if you add any flavorings that disappeared and it just tasted like regular creamy delicious ice cream!  You can add any extracts, spices, sauces or toppings to this recipe before or after freezing.  I decided to make a plain batch so each person in our family could be creative with their own bowl.  In the photo above I cut 2 oreo cookies into quarters and stirred it up.  It was AMAZING!!!

1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or flavor of your choice)
optional - 2 cups chopped candy bars or cookies

With an electric mixer whip whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk and extract until very thick and soft peaks form.  Should take 4-5 minutes.
Place mixture in a container with a lid and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

spice ideas:  cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, chai, cocoa powder, ect...
toppings:  oreos, nuts, sprinkles, fruit, candy bars, Cadbury mini eggs at Easter! ect...
