CROCK POT BALSAMIC CHICKEN
1 teaspoon dried basil (I used Italian Seasoning)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried minced onions
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Pour olive oil and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot.
Combine first five dry spices and rub all over chicken, place chicken in crock pot.
Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken and cook for 4 hours.
