LASAGNA CASSEROLE


1 lb ground beef
1 8oz box rotini pasta
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup ricotta
1 jar spaghetti sauce
grated parmesan

Boil pasta and brown ground beef at the same time.  When beef is done, add spaghetti sauce to it.

Drain pasta and put it back into stock pot you boiled in, add beef mixture, mozzarella and ricotta.  Stir until mixed well and pour into 9 x 13 pan.  Sprinkle top with grated parmesan.

Cover pan with foil and bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
