CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA

8oz cream cheese
8oz pepperjack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
8 tortillas
salsa & sour cream, if desired

Mix cream cheese, pepperjack and taco seasoning together.  Fold in chicken.
Divide among tortillas.
Lay seam side down in greased 9x13 pan.  Spray tortillas with cooking spray.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes, turn and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.

*The mixture tasted really good before baked but was a bit bland after baking.  Next time we are adding a can of chopped green chilies.
