These cookies have more of a cake texture than a regular cookie.
They also have a great pumpkin spice flavor!
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 cup pumpkin
3 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup white chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Time depends on how soft or caky you like the cookies.
