CRANBERRY CHICKEN



3 to 4 chicken breasts
can of cranberry sauce
1/2 bottle russian salad dressing
1 packet dry onion soup mix
about 1/2 cup flour
pepper

1. In a bowl mix cranberry sauce, russian salad dressing and onion soup mix.

2. Put flour in a shallow dish or plate and sprinkle with pepper. Fillet chicken breasts in half with a sharp knife and dredge in flour.

3. Place chicken in a greased dish and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
