CHOCOLATE CHIP COFFEE TOFFEE OATMEAL COOKIES



1/2 cup cold coffee
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg.(8 oz) milk chocolate toffee bit
1 egg
1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups coarsely crumbled honey grahams cereal
3 cups 1-minute oatmeal

1. Cream sugar, butter, and oil til creamy. Add egg; mix well. Mix in coffee and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, & baking soda and mix in. Stir in oatmeal. Stir in toffee bits, chocolate chips, & golden grahams.

2. Preheat oven to 350. Either lightly oil baking sheets or line with parchment paper. Drop dough by spoonsful 2 inches apart. Bake 12-14 min. or until golden brown. Cool on sheets 1 min. and then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
