HUMMUS



1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 cup olive 
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
8 olives - black, green or kalamata 

Dipping options: pita bread wedges, bagel chips, crackers, raw vegetables...

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed until uniform consistency.
