Poster board
red, white and blue paint
star stamp (sponge, potato, cookie cutter)
Paint blue square in upper right corner on poster board. Lay hands in red paint (not too much) and lay across poster board as shown. Dip star stamp into white and and put as many as you'd like on blue square once blue paint is dry.
