SPICED ZUCCHININ BREAD



3 eggs
2 Cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups zucchini peeled and grated
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup rasins
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup crushed pineapple drained

1. Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini mix well. Add dry ingredients mix well. Stir in raisins, pineapple and nuts.

2. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour 20 min.
