PUMPKIN PIE



1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 15oz can pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 9″ unbaked pastry shell
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt

Beat all ingredients and place in crust. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. Garnish with coolwhip.
