Peanut Butter cookie mix plus ingredients to make cookies.
A bag of mini peanut butter cups.
1. Prepare cookie dough and roll into small balls (I use a small scoop), place in a mini muffin pan and bake for 9 minutes at 350 F.
2. When done remove from oven and immediately push down peanut butter cups into center.
* These cookies are so quick, easy and delicious not to mention it makes a ton! Perfect for a cookie exchange or get together!
