MAPLE CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST



3 Eggs
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp vanilla
4 Slices bread

1. Whisk all ingredients together, add bread to soak up mixture.

2. Spray skillet with non-stick or heat butter or oil over medium heat. Cook each slice of bread on each side for about 1 1/2 minutes.

3. Serve with powdered sugar and syrup.
