BEEF EGGROLLS




1 lb ground beef
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
soy sauce
a bag of coleslaw mix
egg roll or lumpia wrappers
sweet and sour sauce

1. Brown ground beef with garlic and splash soy sauce over beef generously.

2. Boil cabbage until tender.

3. Drain ground beef and cabbage and mix together.

4. Fill egg roll wrappers and fold according to package.

5. Deep fry until golden brown and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
